Do the three wooden panels on both sides need to be manually screwed in?
The wooden panels are pre-fastened. Just check and tighten the screws before assembly. Do not remove or reinstall them to avoid installation issues.
How can I quickly identify the correct position of the felt pad and side panels during assembly?
Keep the hooks on the wooden panels facing downward and place the felt pad with the creased side facing upward. Among the three felt sections, the narrowest one corresponds to the top wooden panel with hooks—insert it into the matching slot.
What does a completed installation look like?
After inserting the felt pad into the slots on both side panels, secure the wooden rod with the small black screws, and tie the pompom toy. The product should now form an “I” shape when fully assembled.
What are the silver-black large screws used for?
They’re used to adjust and reinforce the structure. Lock them in different positions to reinforce the design as you needed. Our product has been thoroughly tested to ensure it remains stable and safe for cats to play once the screws are secured.
Do the silver-black large screws need to be used with nuts?
