Unbleached Acoustic Guitar Bridge Saddle, Fit for …

Posted on 10/03/2026

Would it fit my guitar?
The most common bridge slots’ width on the market are 72mm and 74mm, and a small amount of 76mm.
What you are looking at is 74mm length saddle. You can shorten bones, but not vice versa. which means it will be downward compatible with 72mm bridge slots.
for 72mm slot, only need a 2mm(left and right per 1mm shortened) workload is right.

Why do I need bone saddles?
In fact, This is not required. The original nut and saddle on many beginner guitars are plastic parts, please don’t dislike them, because this plastic part is completely enough for beginners, who usually indulge in learning skills and ignore the sound quality of the guitar itself.
Have you ever noticed that bone parts is usually used on some mid-to-high-end guitars? why?
Because the bone conducts sound better, it can reduce a lot of energy loss, your guitar will have a more durable sound.
Many famous guitar manufacturers or hand-made luthiers are keen on the sound of bones, so bones are widely used in their guitars.
If you are tired of your existing guitar sound, we suggest you try some bones, it will definitely bring you a new acoustic experience.

What are the advantages of Vencetmat bone saddles?
